Las estrategias de trabajo, dirigidas a lograr la sostenibilidad del claustro, deben considerar, en primer lugar, la etapa y el contexto donde se ejecutarán. Las Universidades, son escenarios por excelencia, para implementar estos tipos de estrategias, las cuales se proyectan como transformadoras y protagonistas del desarrollo profesional. El proceso de formación de un profesional, no puede estar al margen del contexto mundial y de las demandas y urgencias socioeconómicas y políticas que imperan. Dicha formación, precisa de la búsqueda de acciones, que promuevan el desarrollo del claustro, con la participación protagónica de todos, en los procesos sustantivos universitarios. De esta estrategia de sostenibilidad se derivan los resultados esperados en las carreras para enfrentar los procesos de acreditación, como garantía de la calidad en la formación integral de los futuros profesionales. En la carrera Lic. en Educación. Preescolar, se concibió una Estrategia de Sostenibilidad del Claustro, que se ha elaborado sobre la base de un proceso participativo, con un enfoque personológico, considerando los períodos necesarios para alcanzar la adecuada preparación de los docentes para su desempeño y la continuidad de estos en el contexto laboral universitario. Considerando esta idea, se expone como objetivo del presente trabajo: Socializar la concepción de una estrategia de sostenibilidad del claustro en la carrera Lic. en Educación Preescolar. La misma responde a las necesidades del contexto universitario actual y su resultado permitió el proceso de acreditación de la carrera con excelentes resultados en la variable: Claustro y Personal de apoyo a la Docencia.
The work strategies, directed to achieve the sostenibilidad of the cloister, they should consider, in the first place, the stage and the context where they will be executed. The Universities, are par excellence scenarios, to implement these types of strategies, which are projected as transformed and main characters of the professional development. The process of a professional's formation, it cannot be to the margin of the world context and of the demands and socioeconomic and political urgencies that reign. This formation, precise of the search of actions that promote the development of the cloister, with the protagonist participation of all, in the processes university nouns. Of this sostenibilidad strategy they are derived the results waited in the careers to face the accreditation processes, as guarantee of the quality in the integral formation of the professional futures. In the career Atty. in Preschooler Education, a Strategy of Sostenibilidad of the Cloister was conceived that has been elaborated on the base of a process participative, with a focus personológico, considering the necessary periods to reach the appropriate preparation of the educational ones for its acting and the continuity of these in the context labor university student. Considering this idea, it is exposed as objective of the present work: To socialize the conception of a strategy of sostenibilidad of the cloister in the career Atty in Preschooler Education. The same one responds to the necessities of the current university context and their result allowed the process of accreditation of the career with excellent results in the variable: Cloister and Personal of support to the Decencies.
