VII Taller de “Didáctica de las Ciencias Básicas, Ingeniería y Arquitectura”.
Resumen
Este trabajo fue realizado en la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, específicamente en la disciplina Ingeniería del Factor Humano con el objetivo de exponer algunas experiencias de cómo las asignaturas de la Disciplina vinculan sus contenidos con los lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución como contribución a la cultura económica y social de los estudiantes. A través de la instrucción se logra relacionar los temas estudiados con los diferentes lineamientos, pudiendo demostrarse que constituye una necesidad en la formación del ingeniero industrial introducir en los diferentes temas de las asignaturas del perfil, la vinculación con los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución en aras de concientizar al estudiante del papel que juega una vez graduado e insertado en el sistema empresarial. Así como, el docente debe propiciar la vinculación de los contenidos de una forma natural, de manera tal que los estudiantes puedan comprender y visualizar la relación de los contenidos que recibe con la transformación del modelo económico cubano.
Abstract
This work was carried out in the Industrial Engineering career, specifically in the Human Factor Engineering discipline with the aim of exposing some experiences of how the subjects of the Discipline link their contents with the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution, as a contribution to the economic and social culture of students. Through the instruction it is possible to relate the topics studied with the different guidelines, being able to demonstrate that it is a necessity in the training of the industrial engineer to introduce in the different topics of the subjects of the profile, the link with the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution in order to make students aware of the role they play once they graduate and enter the business system. Likewise, the teacher must promote the linking of the contents in a natural way, in such a way that the students can understand and visualize the relationship of the contents they receive with the transformation of the Cuban economic model.
