XVII Taller Internacional de “Formación de posgrado para un desarrollo sostenible”.
La investigación se apoya en resultados que abordan esta temática desde el ángulo de las habilidades comunicativas en el posgrado, y que en la práctica pedagógica influyen en la labor educativa del claustro. Mediante el método comparativo de categorías clave y el análisis de conceptos desde el enfoque de tres áreas del saber: la pedagogía, la psicología y la sociología, se logra realizar un acercamiento teórico al tema en función de la educación en valores. Las acotaciones y análisis que amplían la investigación parten de la necesidad de sistematizar y complementar criterios esenciales que han sido poco abordados en trabajos anteriores y que deben contribuir a perfeccionar enfoques curriculares de la educación en valores en los programas de posgrado en las instituciones de nivel superior de Cuba.
The investigation leans on in results that they approach this thematic one from the angle of the talkative abilities in the posgrade, and that in the pedagogic practice they influence in the educational work that should develop the cloister in this teaching level. By means of the comparative method of categories key and the analysis of concepts from the focus of three areas of the knowledge: the pedagogy, the psychology and the sociology, are possible to carry out a theoretical approach to the topic in function of the education in values. The demarcations and analysis that enlarge the investigation leave of the necessity of to systematize and to supplement essential approaches that have been little approached in previous works and that they should contribute to perfect curricular focuses of the education in values in the programs and posgrade in the institutions of superior level of Cuba.
