XVII Taller Internacional de “Formación de posgrado para un desarrollo sostenible”.
El trabajo deriva del conjunto de valoraciones devenidas del diagnóstico inicial y la proyección hasta 2024 de la actividad de posgrado en la Universidad de la Habana (UH), realizados en la Dirección de Posgrado, todo lo cual da forma al proyecto institucional Perfeccionamiento de la gestión de postgrado de la UH. Para alcanzar los resultados se conjugaron métodos y técnicas provenientes de la ciencia, es así que el análisis de contenido, la revisión documental y la aplicación de la estadística descriptiva propició valorar la organicidad actual del sistema de posgrado de la UH como punto de partida para obtener resultados superiores en el desempeño de las instancias académicas que conforman la institución, mediante la implementación de un proceso de indagación integral y coherente. En el ejercicio investigativo se logró identificar los principales factores que influyen en el actual comportamiento del posgrado. La investigación responde a las prioridades de la UH y está relacionada con las líneas de investigación del MES. En conjunto, las propuestas están orientadas a establecer procedimientos y metodologías que permitan incrementar la eficiencia de la gestión del postrado; proponer un sistema de trabajo entre la Dirección de Postgrado y las áreas de la universidad en función de la gestión de superación profesional, maestrías, especialidades y doctorados; desarrollar softwares para la digitalización del proceso de gestión del postgrado en vinculación directa con las instancias involucradas; y promover el postgrado desde las normativas vigentes, los nuevos mecanismos para su gestión y las proyecciones para alcanzar eficiencia y reconocimiento organizacional.
The work derives from the set of assessments from the initial diagnosis and the projection until 2024 of the postgraduate activity at the University of Havana (UH), all of which shapes the institutional project Improving postgraduate management at the UH. To achieve the results, methods and techniques from science were combined, so that the content analysis, the documentary review and the application of descriptive statistics led to assess the current organicity of the postgraduate system of the UH as a starting point to obtain superior results in the performance of the academic instances that make up the institution, through the implementation of a comprehensive and coherent inquiry process. In the investigative exercise it was possible to identify the main factors that influence the current behavior of the graduate program. The research responds to the priorities of the UH and is related to the lines of research of the MES. As a whole, the proposals are aimed at establishing procedures and methodologies that allow increasing the efficiency of the management of the prostrate; propose a work system between the postgraduate management and the areas of the university based on the management of professional improvement, master's degrees, specialties and doctorates; develop software for the digitization of the postgraduate management process in direct connection with the instances involved; and promote the postgraduate from the current regulations, the new mechanisms for its management and the projections to achieve efficiency and organizational recognition.
