XVII Taller Internacional de “Formación de posgrado para un desarrollo sostenible”.
La educación de posgrado en uno de los temas más relevantes y actuales para la educación superior, tanto en Cuba, como a escala internacional. Al mismo se han dedicado una significativa cantidad de investigaciones científicas que tratan el tema, desde sus diferentes aristas. En los últimos años en el país, se han puesto en vigencia nuevas resoluciones y normativas que rigen el trabajo del posgrado, las que responden a las nuevas demandas sociales vinculadas, en lo fundamental, a la asunción de un nuevo modelo económico y social. En este contexto, se precisa de aportes investigativos a partir de análisis de los referidos documentos, en aras de un mejor desempeño de los docentes y funcionarios que laboran en esta actividad en la universidad. La presente investigación se planteó como objetivo reflexionar acerca de las transformaciones de la educación de posgrado en los últimos años, con énfasis en la superación profesional y la formación académica de posgrado. En la consecución del trabajo se utilizó como método fundamental de investigación, el Análisis documental. Los principales resultados obtenidos enfatizan en los aspectos más novedosos que caracterizan a los documentos que rigen la educación de posgrado en Cuba en relación con la superación profesional y la formación académica de posgrado.
The postgraduate education in one of the most outstanding and current topics for the superior education, so much in Cuba, like to international scale. At the same one they have been devoted a significant quantity of scientific investigations, from their different edges. In the last years, in the country, they have put on in validity new resolutions and normative that governs the work of the postgraduate, those that respond to the new linked social demands, in the fundamental thing, to the assumption of a new economic model. In this context, is necessary to investigate contributions starting from analysis of the referred documents, for the sake of a better acting of the educational ones and officials that work in this activity in the university. The present investigation thought about as objective to meditate about the transformations of the postgraduate education in the last years, with emphasis in the advanced professional and academic formation of postgraduate.
In the attainment of the work it was used as fundamental method of investigation, the documental analysis. The main obtained results emphasize about the most novel aspects that characterize to the documents that govern the postgraduate education in Cuba in connection with the advanced professional and academic formation of postgraduate
