XIV Taller Internacional de “Pedagogía de la Educación Superior”.
El trabajo que se presenta aborda un problema científico de suma importancia en los momentos actuales que vive la educación cubana y tiene como objetivo diagnosticar la educación de la esfera inductora de la personalidad en los estudiantes del primer año de la carrera licenciatura en Educación en las especialidades de Química y Geografía de la Universidad de Ciego de Ávila, pertenecientes a la facultad de Ciencias Pedagógicas. Se realizó un estudio tipo investigación-acción durante el curso 2022-2023, seleccionando como unidad de estudio 12 estudiantes de primer año de las licenciaturas antes mencionadas, por ser el grupo donde la autora imparte clases de Física. Se interactuó con ellos en actividades extensionistas, se empleó la observación y la recopilación de pruebas pedagógicas y opiniones de dichos estudiantes mediante instrumentos y técnicas como: los diez deseos, “yo estudio para”, las tres roñas, tres alegrías y tres tristezas, el test sociométrico, el inventario de problemas y el completamiento de frases. Los resultados evidencian que es limitada la educación de la esfera inductora de la personalidad en estos jóvenes y que urge una intervención psicopedagógica que perfeccione esta educación.
The work presented addresses a very important scientific problem at the present time that Cuban education is experiencing and has the objective of diagnosing the education of the personality-inducing sphere in first-year students of the bachelor's degree in Education in specialties of Chemistry and Geography of the University of Ciego de Ávila, belonging to the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences. An action-research type study was carried out during the 2022-2023 academic year, selecting 12 first-year students of the aforementioned degrees as the study unit, since they are the group where the author teaches Physics. They interacted with them in extension activities, observation and the collection of pedagogical evidence and opinions of said students were used through instruments and techniques such as: the ten wishes, "I study for", the three roñas, three joys and three sadnesses, the sociometric test, problem inventory and sentence completion. The results show that the education of the inducing sphere of personality in these young people is limited and that a psycho-pedagogical intervention is urgently needed to improve this education.
