XIV Taller Internacional de “Pedagogía de la Educación Superior”.
En la ponencia se sistematizan las experiencias de la actividad científica y la práctica pedagógica de las autoras, en torno al trabajo desplegado por el Grupo científico “Educación del talento de estudiantes universitarios” del Departamento de Educación Infantil, de la Facultad de Ciencias Pedagógicas, Universidad Agraria de La Habana “Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez", creado desde el año 2016. El grupo científico nació para el desarrollo del talento científico de las estudiantes y de las investigaciones sobre la educación del talento en las instituciones educativas de las diferentes enseñanzas. Se crearon cuatro grupos de estudiantes desde el 2016 al 2022, todas (del sexo femenino) se integraron por autopostulación lo que representa el 32% de la matricula general. El grupo científico tiene tres grupos: 1) Coordinadores, investigadores y controladores, 2) Colaboradores y 3) Asesores académicos, en cada uno se diferencian los roles y responsabilidades de sus miembros. Los resultados más significativos: la creación del grupo, como forma organizativa de la actividad científica, permitió que desde el primer año de las carreras se le diera la oportunidad a las estudiantes y profesores de investigar en temas de la educación del talento, al mismo tiempo que desarrollaban el talento científico; la composición y estructura del grupo científico permitió estudiar la categoría desarrollo del talento en diferentes niveles educativos lo que condujo a la elaboración de una metodología para la educación del talento, además estimuló el interés por la investigación con un carácter creativo-productivo.
In the paper the experiences of the scientific activity and the pedagogical practice of the authors are systematized, around the work carried out by the Scientific Group "Education of the talent of university students" of the Department of Early Childhood Education, of the Faculty of Pedagogical Sciences, University Agraria de La Habana "Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez", created since 2016. The scientific group was born for the development of the scientific talent of the students and of the investigations on the education of the talent in the educational institutions of the different teachings. Four were created groups of students from 2016 to 2022, all (female) were integrated by self-application, which represents 32% of the general enrolment. The scientific group has three groups: 1) Coordinators, researchers and controllers, 2) Collaborators and 3 ) Academic advisors, in each one the roles and responsibilities of its members are differentiated The most significant results: the creation of the group, as an organizational form of scientific activity, allowed from the first year of the careers to be given the opportunity to the students and professors to investigate issues of talent education, at the same time that they developed scientific talent; The composition and structure of the scientific group made it possible to study the talent development category at different educational levels, which led to the development of a methodology for talent education, and also stimulated interest in research with a creative-productive nature.
