XIV Taller Internacional de “Pedagogía de la Educación Superior”.
La formación de valores de la identidad es hoy tema de una trascendencia inmensa ya
que formar valores patrióticos e identitarios en las nuevas generaciones conlleva a la
formación de una conciencia y personalidad propias. En jóvenes que se forman como
futuros profesionales de las Ciencias Técnicas este proceso adquiere un matiz más
complejo ya que en sus manos está el futuro tecnológico e industrial del país, un
imperativo que debe ser solventado a corto y mediano plazo, como las exigencias de la
economía cubana lo requiere. La formación de valores identitarios en la educación
superior exige, ante la arremetida contra la identidad nacional en que están
empeñados hoy las fuerzas internas y externas decididas a subvertir el orden del país y
a destruir el proyecto social por el que trabajamos hace 60 años, una preparación
teórica y metodológica en los docentes para fortalecer esa identidad nacional , local ,
profesional ,en los jóvenes universitarios .Desarrollar un sistema de actividades para el
fortalecimiento de la identidad profesional en la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en el
CUM de Guanajay constituye el objetivo de este trabajo porque conocer nuestro pasado
y admirarlo ,nos permitirá luchar por nuestro presente y trabajar para labrar el futuro.
Las actividades desarrolladas han permitido a los estudiantes admirar la carrera que
estudian y estar orgullosos del rol que les corresponde desempeñar en el futuro
económico del territorio y el país.
The formation of values of the identity is today he/she fears since of an immense
transcendency to form patriotic values and identitarios in the new generations it bears to
the formation of a conscience and own personality. In youths that are formed as
professional futures of the Technical Sciences this process he/she acquires a more
complex shade since in their hands it is the technological and industrial future of the
country, an imperative that should be paid to short and medium term, as the demands of
the Cuban economy it requires it. The formation of values identitarios in the superior
education demands, before the attack against the national identity in that you/they are
determined today the resolved internal and external forces to subvert the order of the

country and to destroy the social project for which have worked for 60 years, to
theoretical and methodological preparation in the educational ones to strengthen that
national, local, professional identity, in the university youths. Desarrollar to system of
activities for the invigoration of the professional identity in the career Industrial of
Engineering in the CUM of Guanajay constitutes the objective of this work because to
know our past and to admires him, nos will allow to fight for our present and to work to
work the future. The developed activities have allowed the students to admire the career
that you/they study and to be proud of the list that corresponds them to carry out in the
economic future of the territory and the country.
