PED-116 LA EVALUACIÓN DE LA PRÁCTICA LABORAL DEL ESTUDIANTE UNIVERSITARIO DESDE LA CONCEPCIÓN DE APRENDER HACIENDO Y ENSEÑAR PRODUCIENDO

La universidad cubana, exige la formación de profesionales capaces de responder a los vertiginosos cambios que se originan en el mundo empresarial, a partir de las exigencias y necesidades histórico- concretas de la época, en función de preparar al estudiante como sujeto activo, reflexivo y creador, con una visión de futuro. Por consiguiente, es vital organizar la práctica laboral, que revele en su dinámica la coherente integración, tanto de los componentes personales, como los no personales que intervienen en él, así como de los avances tecnológicos que devienen del desarrollo del espacio formativo en la empresa y, propicie una interacción entre lo productivo y  lo pedagógico, permitiéndole un carácter activo, consciente, creador al estudiante antes diversas problemáticas que surgen en la empresa. Precisamente, la concepción aprender trabajando y trabajar aprendiendo tiene como esencia un proceso de socialización del sujeto, es en la propia actividad práctica que ocurre el aprendizaje, donde se asimilan las normas de conducta social, los intereses sociales y además se alcanzan las aspiraciones individuales. La presente ponencia se orienta como objetivo: brindar consideraciones teórico metodológicas de la evaluación integradora de la práctica laboral del estudiante universitario desde la concepción de aprender haciendo y enseñar produciendo, sobre la base del método de cooperación productiva que permiten implementar la lógica de los niveles de esencialidad que se aspira en este proceso desde la integración de la Universidad con la empresa para lo cual se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico y empírico de la investigación.

The Cuban university requires the training of professionals capable of responding to the vertiginous changes that originate in the business world, based on the historical-concrete demands and needs of the time, in order to prepare the student as an active, reflective and creator, with a vision of the future. Therefore, it is vital to organize the work practice, which reveals in its dynamics the coherent integration, both of the personal components, as well as the non-personal components that intervene in it, as well as the technological advances that come from the development of the training space in the company. and, promote an interaction between the productive and the pedagogical, allowing the student an active, conscious, creative character before various problems that arise in the company. Precisely, the conception of learning by working and working by learning has as its essence a process of socialization of the subject, it is in the practical activity itself that learning occurs, where the norms of social conduct and social interests are assimilated and, in addition, individual aspirations are achieved. The present paper is oriented as objective: to provide theoretical-methodological considerations of the integrative evaluation of the work practice of the university student from the conception of learning by doing and teaching by producing, based on the method of productive cooperation that allows implementing the logic of the levels of essentiality that is aspired in this process from the integration of the University with the company for which methods of the theoretical and empirical level of the investigation were used.
