El artículo constituye el resultado de la implementación de acciones para fomentar la
preparación del docente multigrado en la integración de contenidos de la asignatura
Lengua Española, en el sector rural (A) del municipio Florencia. Se observó en el
referido proceso, insuficiencias para la integración de contenidos en la asignatura
Lengua Española de los grados multigrados 3º 4º y 5º. La novedad es la disquisición
por parte del docente rural de la integración de contenidos como principio de rural.
Se transformó el modo de actuación al confirmar la efectividad de las acciones de
superación, dirigida a los docentes de los grados multigrados 3º 4º y 5º en la
asignatura Lengua Española, al elevar la preparación para asumir con una mayor
eficacia el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Para solucionar estas problemáticas
se propone, ofrecer acciones para fomentar la preparación del docente multigrado
en la integración de contenidos de la asignatura Lengua Española.
The article constitutes the result of the implementation of actions to foment the
multigrade preparation of the educational one in the integration of contents of the
subject Spanish Language, in the rural sector (TO) of the municipality Florence. It
was observed in the one referred process, inadequacies for the integration of
contents in the subject Spanish Language of the grades multígrados 3º 4º and 5º.
The novelty is the disquisición on the part of the educational one rural of the
integration of contents as principle of rural. The performance way transformed when
confirming the effectiveness of the superación actions, directed to the educational of
the grades multigrade 3º 4º and 5º in the subject Spanish Language, when elevating the preparation to assume with a bigger effectiveness the teaching-learning process. To solve these problems he/she intends, to offer actions to foment the multigrade preparation of the educational one in the integration of contents of the subject Spanish Language.
