En las actuales condiciones de desarrollo social es primordial incrementar la calidad de la educación, la preparación constante de los docentes es tarea básica en tales propósitos. En la formación de los profesionales de la primera infancia se gestionan los saberes didácticos determinantes para coadyuvar en la calidad de la educación de la niñez en el territorio avileño, teniendo en cuenta que esta etapa de la vida se caracteriza por ser un período de un ritmo muy rápido de desarrollo, y se forman conductas base de todo el posterior progreso de la personalidad. La actividad laboral durante el transcurso del proceso educativo en la primera infancia, potencia en los niños el amor al trabajo, entender su sentido social y sentir satisfacción por trabajar, además de influir de manera significativa en su desarrollo general tanto físico como psicológico logrando confianza en sí mismo. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo ofrecer determinantes educativas sobre la importancia de la actividad laboral en esta etapa de la vida, para alcanzar el máximo desarrollo integral posible en los infantes de cuatro años de edad. Se muestran resultados del estudio teórico y la utilización de métodos científicos en el intercambio con niños y docentes estudiantes del curso por encuentro de la carrera licenciatura en educación prescolar, a partir de la actividad investigativa de los autores como parte del proyecto de investigación.
Under the current conditions of social development it is primordial to increase the quality of the education, the constant preparation of the educational ones is basic task in such purposes. In the formation of the professionals of the first childhood the knowledge didactic determinant are negotiated to cooperate in the quality of the education of the childhood in the territory avileño, keeping in mind that this stage of the life is characterized to be a period of a very quick rhythm of development, and they are formed behaviors base of all the later progress of the personality. The labor activity during the course of the educational process in the first childhood, power in the children the love to the work, to understand their social sense and to feel satisfaction to work, besides influencing in a significant way in their general development so much physical as psychological achieving trust in itself. The present work has as objective to offer decisive educational about the importance of the labor activity in this stage of the life, to reach the maximum possible integral development in the four year-old infants. Results of the theoretical study and the use of scientific methods are shown in the exchange with children and educational students of the course for encounter of the career degree in education preschooler, starting from the investigative activity of the authors like part of the investigation project.
