X Taller Internacional sobre la “Formación Universitaria de Profesionales de la Educación”.
La presente investigación brinda una mirada teórica a los términos educación, ciencia, tecnología e innovación. Se pretende contribuir a la relación que existe entre la educación, el conocimiento y la innovación para el avance, específicamente de la Educación Superior respondiendo a las necesidades del país y a los objetivos de la Agenda para el 2030. La Educación Superior es un actor clave en el desarrollo de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación, pues provee el potencial humano calificado y cuenta con instituciones del conocimiento sólidas que realizan aportes notables en la formación de profesionales y concentra un grueso de la formación de máster, doctores y premios científicos que tienen un repercusión importante en innovación. Por tanto se plantea como objetivo general: Valorar el aprendizaje innovador como recurso educativo en la Educación Superior Cubana actual. El fundamento científico metodológico general que rige la investigación se sustenta en la Filosofía dialéctico-materialista. Se utilizan como métodos de obtención de información del nivel teórico el Histórico-Lógico, Análisis-Síntesis, InductivoDeductivo y se plantean como viables para la investigación empírica a desarrollar el Análisis Documental. En general se plantea la necesidad de potenciar el aprendizaje de la innovación desde la formación profesional, teniendo en cuenta los elementos socioculturales asociados a la carrera Gestión Sociocultural para el Desarrollo, tan factibles para su puesta en práctica. Contribuyendo de este modo no solo a la innovación, sino a la formación de un profesional apto para contribuir al desarrollo económico, político y social del país.
This research provides a theoretical look at the terms education, science, technology and innovation. It aims to contribute to the relationship between education, knowledge and innovation for progress, specifically in Higher Education, responding to the needs of the country and the objectives of the 2030 Agenda. Higher Education is a key actor in the development of Science, Technology and Innovation, as it provides qualified human potential and has solid knowledge institutions that make notable contributions in the training of professionals and concentrates a large part of the training of masters, doctors and scientific awards that have an important impact on innovation. Therefore, the general objective is: To value innovative learning as an educational resource in current Cuban Higher Education. The general methodological scientific foundation that governs the research is based on the dialectical-materialist philosophy. The methods used to obtain information at the theoretical level are the Historical-Logical, Analysis-Synthesis, Inductive-Deductive and Documentary Analysis. In general, there is a need to promote the learning of innovation from professional training, taking into account the sociocultural elements associated with the Sociocultural Management for Development career, so feasible for its implementation. Thus contributing not only to innovation, but also to the formation of a professional capable of contributing to the economic, political and social development of the country.
