El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: aplicar actividades dirigidas a la preparación de los dirigentes sindicales para el fortalecimiento del valor moral patriotismo. Se expone la metodología empleada, así como los métodos y técnicas de investigación utilizadas. La propuesta contiene actividades que ayudaron a los dirigentes sindicales a sentirse mejor preparados y adquirir los conocimientos necesarios en este sentido, para así emplear métodos adecuados en el momento de representar a sus afiliados. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian un salto cuantitativo y cualitativo con respecto a los resultados iniciales de la investigación.
This work has as objective to apply activities guided to the preparation of the executive of the Education, science and Sport workers Syndicate to enrich the Patriotism Value. It brings the methodology methods and techniques used in this investigation. It has many activities to help the syndicate leaders to be more prepared to acquired necessary
knowledge about this theme to used the right methods at the moment to represent their workers. At the end of the investigation we can see the positive results when we compare the initial state with the final state.
