Resumen
Con el objetivo de determinar el efecto que ejercen sobre las aguas residuales
los microorganismos eficientes ME 50 se desarrolló el presente trabajo en la
mini industria La Ceiba de productos vegetales perteneciente al Consejo Popular
Mabuya como estudio de caso. Se realizó una caracterización del sistema de
residuales líquidos y se probaron cuatro dosis y un control durante 10 días, 10
ml, 20 ml, 30 ml y 40ml de ME 50, por cada 10 litros de agua del tanque séptico.
Se analizaron las muestras en un laboratorio certificado y se evaluaron
indicadores El resultado mostro que el tanque séptico de tratamiento de los
residuales correctamente diseñado y con buen funcionamiento, la aplicación de
ME-50 mejoró los parámetros del agua tratada con ME 50 en todos los
tratamientos aplicados mostro el mayor impacto y mejor índice de calidad el
tratamiento 4 donde se aplicó 40ml de ME-50/ 10L de agua residual.
Abstract
In order to determine the effect exerted on wastewater by efficient
microorganisms ME 50, this work was carried out in the La Ceiba mini-industry of
vegetable products belonging to the Mabuya Popular Council as a case study. A
characterization of the liquid residual system was carried out and four doses and

a control were tested for 10 days: 10 ml, 20 ml, 30 ml and 40 ml of ME 50, for
every 10 liters of water from the septic tank. The samples were analyzed in a
certified laboratory and the following indicators to be taken into account were
evaluated: Electrical Conductivity, Dissolved Oxygen, Hydrogen Potential,
Settleable Solids, Thermotolerant Coliforms, Total Coliforms, Total Phosphorus,
Chemical Demand of Oxygen and Biochemical Oxygen Demand. The result
showed that the septic tank for the treatment of residuals correctly designed and
with good operation, the application of ME-50 improved the parameters of the
water treated with ME 50 in all the treatments applied, it showed the greatest
impact and the best quality index of the treatment. 4 where 40ml of ME-50/ 10L
of residual water was applied.
