VII Taller Internacional “Universidad, Seguridad y Soberanía Alimentaria”
En el contexto cubano actual se hace necesario que se proyecte actividades que favorezcan el uso de cada centímetro de suelo disponible en la producción o desarrollo de cualquier producto agropecuario factible de ser utilizado para la alimentación de la familia o de los animales. Esta tarea se debe convertir no solo en una acción de la comunidad, debe estar proyectada además hacia la familia, utilizando como premisa que sólo se necesita sol, agua y algo de interés, entusiasmo y amor a la naturaleza, para producir de forma artesanal y natural sin el uso de productos químicos, lo que tiene el indescriptible y fantástico sabor de la satisfacción personal. Es por eso que el objetivo de este trabajo es proponer acciones para fomentar la producción de alimentos derivados de la actividad agrícola en patios y parcelas disponibles en la Circunscripción Número 2 del consejo popular Pedro Betancourt.
In the current Cuban context it becomes necessary that is projected activities that favor the use of each centimeter of available floor in the production or development of any feasible agricultural product of being used for the feeding of the family or of the animals. This task should not become alone in an action of the community, it should also be projected toward the family, using as premise that sun is only needed, it dilutes and something of interest, enthusiasm and love to the nature, to take place in a handmade and natural way without the use of chemical products, what has the indescribable and fantastic flavor of the personal satisfaction. It is for that reason that the objective of this work is to propose actions to foment the production of derived foods of the agricultural activity in patios and available parcels in the District Number 2 of the popular advice Pedro Betancourt.
