VI Taller sobre “La Enseñanza de las Artes en la Educación Superior”.
Resumen
La salvaguarda del patrimonio el patrimonio musical constituye una de los pilares
de las políticas culturales de las naciones. En Cuba, se desarrollan múltiples
investigaciones para documentar y valorizar el patrimonio musical nacional, sin
embargo, el conocimiento y divulgación de la obra musical local aún permanece
silenciada. Para enfrentar esta carencia se inició el proyecto de investigación, “El
patrimonio musical local y su contribución artístico/ pedagógica”, adscripto a la
Cátedra Honorífica de Música Popular Cubana “Juan Formell”, de la Facultad de
Música de la Universidad de las Artes de Cuba, (ISA). Del proceso de creación y
los resultados alcanzados hasta la fecha se presenta este trabajo con el objetivo
de, salvaguardar y valorizar las obras musicales de creadores cubanos no
suficientemente reconocidos y que corren el riesgo de perderse por
desconocimiento, divulgación y promoción, ellos son: José Manuel García
Delgado, (Ciego de Ávila), Ramón Cancio Ibáñez, (Camagüey), Francisco
Sánchez Ávila «Lele», (Holguín), y Mililián Galí Riverí, (Santiago de Cuba).
Abstract
The safeguarding of musical heritage constitutes one of the pillars of the cultural
policies of nations. In Cuba, multiple investigations are carried out to document and
value the national musical heritage, however, the knowledge and dissemination of
the local musical work still remains silent. In order to face this lack, in YEAR I
started the research project, "The local musical heritage and its artistic/pedagogical
contribution", attached to the Honorary Chair of Cuban Popular Music "Juan
Formell", of the Faculty of Music of the University of the Arts of Cuba, (ISA). From
the creation process and the results achieved to date, this work is presented with
the objective of safeguarding and valuing the musical works of Cuban creators that
are not sufficiently recognized and that run the risk of being lost due to ignorance,
dissemination and promotion, they They are: José Manuel Garcia Delgado, (Ciego
de Ávila), Ramón Cancio Ibáñez, (Camaguey), Francisco Sánchez Ávila "Lele",
(Holguín), and Mililián Galí Riverí, (Santiago de Cuba).
