Resumen:
El presente trabajo analizó los artículos científicos de motivación profesional entre los años de 2015 a 2021 en Cuba que involucren toda la información sobre el tema y obtener el estado actual de estas investigaciones. Objetivo: Identificar los diferentes estudios recolectados sobre motivación profesional hacia la Agronomía que se han realizado en el periodo 2015 hasta 2021 en Cuba. Diseño: Revisión sistémica de enfoque cualitativo en el cual la información recolectada se conformó por 40 artículos, luego se utilizó un muestreo de criterio lógico para la selección de la muestra, constituida finalmente por 20 artículos de análisis. La dirección de información se realizó por medio de una Matriz de análisis compuesta por categorías: país, año de publicación, nombre, autor, link, conceptos claves, tesis central, objetivo de la investigación. Resultados: los resultados de esta investigación se muestran la relación encontrada en la Matriz de Análisis. Además, su analogía de unas con otras, es decir, a lo largo de los resultados se relacionará con las demás resaltando la importancia del tema de la revisión sobre motivación profesional. Conclusiones: La formación de recursos humanos para el sector agropecuario exige una relación entre la motivación profesional y el aprendizaje, donde se destaque la figura del profesor por su preparación metodológica e investigativa y el desarrollo de un sistema de acciones curriculares y extracurriculares con estudiantes de las enseñanzas media y preuniversitaria y el papel activo de los profesores principales en las actividades de motivación y orientación profesional de los estudiantes del sector.
Summary:
The present work analyzed the scientific articles of professional motivation between the years from 2015 to 2021 in Cuba that involve all the information on the subject and obtain the current status of these investigations. Objective: To identify the different studies collected on professional motivation towards Agronomy that have been carried out in the period 2015 to 2021 in Cuba. Design: Systemic review with a qualitative approach in which the information collected was made up of 40 articles, then a sampling of logical criteria was used for the selection of the sample, finally made up of 20 articles of analysis. The information management was carried out through an analysis matrix composed of categories: country, year of publication, name, author, link, key concepts, central thesis, research objective. Results: the results of this investigation show the relationship found in the Analysis Matrix. In addition, their analogy with each other, that is, throughout the results will be related to the others, highlighting the importance of the subject of the review on professional motivation. Conclusions: The training of human resources for the agricultural sector requires a relationship between professional motivation and learning, where the figure of the teacher stands out for his methodological and investigative preparation and the development of a system of curricular and extracurricular actions with students from the secondary and pre-university education and the active role of the main professors in motivating and professional orientation activities for students in the sector.
