Resumen
Este trabajo forma parte de una serie de investigaciones realizadas por los autores derivados de sus estudios de postgrado. Tiene como referente el estudio de varios autores sobre el tema de la representación de diferentes sectores sociales dentro la historia cultural desde diversas miradas. El objetivo fundamental que persigue esta obra es problematizar y examinar el impacto del barrio dentro de la cultura cubana, su proceso de conceptualización y sus principales contradicciones y límites; además de ofrecer un campo fértil para comprender con visión crítica y comprometida algunas de las dinámicas y deformaciones presentes en la interrelación individuocomunidad-nación desde una perspectiva transdisciplinaria que permita sacar a estos conglomerados socioculturales del cierre etno, ego, y sociocentrista al cual se han visto sometidos durante largo tiempo. Los resultados que pretende alcanzar esta investigación es presentar al barrio no como objeto a intervenir o transformar sino como sujeto histórico vivo y contribuyente; lleno de potencialidades a desarrollar. El entendimiento del barrio como una entidad heterogénea, múltiple y problemática poseedor de una amplia gama de realidades físicas, socio-políticas, sicológicas e imaginarias, sensuales y estéticas, simbólico-discursivas es esencial para cambiar las narrativas del barrio como centros marginales, que no reflejan una perspectiva multirreferencial, multidimensional y abarcadora de su verdadera relevancia. La tentativa de reducir la realidad barrial a una única lógica cultural hegemónica es un atentado a su comprensión como unidades bio-psíco-sociales, individualescomunitarias e históricas inseparables. Por tanto esta investigación busca aportar a la ruptura con tan dañinas, superfluas y limitantes representaciones
Abstract
This work is part of a series of investigations carried out by the authors derived from their postgraduate studies. It has as a reference the study of several authors on the subject of the representation of different social sectors within cultural history from different perspectives. The fundamental objective pursued by this work is to problematize and examine the impact of the neighborhood within Cuban culture, its conceptualization process and its main contradictions and limits; In addition to offering a fertile field to understand with a critical and committed vision some of the dynamics and deformations present in the individual-community-nation
interrelationship from a transdisciplinary perspective that allows these sociocultural conglomerates to be removed from the ethno, ego, and sociocentric closure to which they are attached. they have been subjected to for a long time. The results that this research intends to achieve is to present the neighborhood not as an object to be intervened or transformed, but as a living and contributing historical subject. The understanding of the neighborhood as a heterogeneous, multiple and problematic entity possessing a wide range of physical, socio-political, psychological and imaginary, sensual and aesthetic, symbolic-discursive realities is essential to change the narratives of the neighborhood as marginal centers, which do not they reflect a multireferential, multidimensional and comprehensive perspective of their true relevance. The attempt to reduce neighborhood reality to a single hegemonic cultural logic is an attack on its understanding as inseparable bio-psycho-social, individualcommunity and historical units. Therefore, this research seeks to contribute to the break with such harmful, superfluous and limiting representations
