Resumen
La estrategia considera las insuficiencias en el tratamiento a la temática racial que
limitan la comprensión y transformación del fenómeno racial en el sistema educativo
cubano erigiéndose en el problema científico de esta investigación el cual es expresión
de la contradicción dialéctica entre la intencionalidad del tratamiento a la temática racial
y la comprensión del fenómeno racial, generando la necesidad de contribuir a su
perfeccionamiento para el tratamiento a la temática racial en el sistema educacional
cubano encausando así el objetivo de la misma. La novedad científica está expresada
en que se concibe la propuesta como vía para lograr un objetivo desde los
procedimientos que ordenan las acciones pertinentes según las diferentes etapas. La
aplicación de esta estrategia posibilita integrar los contenidos de las asignaturas de los
diferentes subsistemas educativos, dando tratamiento teórico – metodológico a la
temática racial desde lo curricular, buscando concretarlos en la práctica, garantizando la
formación y transformación de los sujetos involucrados. El impacto social que tiene la
estrategia lo constituye su elaboración y aplicación, en el conocimiento de la temática
racial y la transformación de los comportamientos. Así como en las intervenciones
realizadas, cursos de postgrado, capacitación y superación en todos los niveles
educativos.
Abstract
This strategy considers the insufficiencies in the treatment of racial issues that limit the
understanding and transformation of the racial phenomenon in the Cuban educational
system. Which is an expression of the dialectical contradiction between the intentionality
of the treatment of the racial theme and the understanding of the racial phenomenon,
which stands as the scientific problem of this research, and generates the need to
contribute to its improvement from the elaboration of a socio-pedagogical strategy for
the treatment of racial issues in the Cuban educational system, thus prosecuting its
objective. The scientific novelty is expressed in that the proposal is conceived as a way
to achieve an objective from the procedures that order the pertinent actions according to
the different stages. The application of this strategy will make it possible to integrate the
contents of the subjects of the different educational subsystems, in relation to giving
output and theoretical-methodological treatment to the racial theme from the curricular,
seeking to concretize them in practice, guaranteeing the training and transformation of
the subjects. involved. , social impact of the strategy and its application is given in the
knowledge of racial issues and the transformation of behaviors.
