Resumen
La investigación se realizó en la comunidad La Esperanza, hoy Argeo Martínez, a los
descendientes haitianos, el estudio realizado presenta la reflexión de los procesos
sociales complejos que vivieron estos inmigrantes, y su gran influencia en la
construcción de la realidad social cubana. El aporte de los migrantes haitianos y otras
etnias a la integral formación de la identidad cultural guantanamera se manifestó con
mayor fuerza desde su llegada e inserción a las comunidades donde se asentaron. Las
tradiciones haitianas en otras épocas gozaron de gran popularidad entre los habitantes
de los diferentes asentamientos donde se ubicaron, siendo parte de la memoria
histórica y el universo cultural de las mismas. Los métodos que se utilizaron para
cumplir el objetivo en esta investigación se relacionan con la revisión bibliográfica en
torno a la migración haitiana y su influencia en la cultura cubana, así como el proceso
migratorio haitiano hacia la región guantanamera. Este estudio tiene como objetivo
analizar la construcción epistémica de los migrantes haitianos y sus descendientes en
esta comunidad a partir de su cosmovisión para continuar conservando el inmenso
legado de los mismos desde lo social y lo cultural. Se manifiesta el impacto de la
migración haitiana y sus descendientes en las tradiciones, costumbres y su sentido de
pertenencia, su oralidad, intereses, inconformidades y aspiraciones, que inciden en la
formación identitaria y costumbres del pueblo cubano y guantanamero.
Abstract
The investigation was carried out in the community The Esperanza, today Argeo
Martinez, to the Haitian descendants, the carried out study presents the reflection of the complex social processes that you/they lived these immigrants, and its great influence in the construction of the Cuban social reality. The contribution of the Haitian migrants and other ethnos to the integral formation of the identity cultural guantanamera showed with more force from their arrival and insert to the communities where they settled. The Haitian traditions in other times enjoyed great popularity among the inhabitants of the different establishments where they were located, being part of the historical memory and the cultural universe of the same ones. The methods that were used to complete the objective in this investigation are related with the bibliographical revision around the Haitian migration and their influence in the Cuban culture, as well as the Haitian migratory process toward the region guantanamera. This study has as objective to analyze the construction epistemic of the Haitian migrants and its descendants in this community starting from its cosmovition to continue conserving the immense legacy of the same ones from the social thing and the cultural thing. It is manifested the impact of the Haitian migration and their descendants in the traditions, customs and their sense of ownership, their orality, interests, dissents and aspirations that impact in the formation identitaria and customs of the Cuban town and guantanamera.
