II Taller Internacional “Las ciencias sociales y humanísticas desde la universidad”.
Resumen
Con el desarrollo de un proyecto de investigación titulado: Rescate Memoria
Histórica del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (MTSS) se tributa al
cumplimiento del lineamiento 89: Avanzar en el Programa para la Preservación de
la Memoria Histórica de la Nación y en el perfeccionamiento de los sistemas
institucionales de gestión documental y archivos, que permita mantener la memoria
corporativa, facilitar su utilización, así como legitimar los derechos ciudadanos, la
garantía de institucionalización, de transparencia y acceso a la información.
Para su desarrollo se convocó a instituciones e investigadores en el ámbito de las
Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas. Las alianzas de trabajo con el Ministerio de
Educación Superior y la Universidad Pedagógica “Enrique José Varona”, y de la
Cátedra de Patrimonio y de manera particular a los docentes, investigadores y
estudiantes del departamento de Marxismo Leninismo e Historia y a sus estudiantes
para que participaran en la condición de investigadores.
El empleo de diferentes métodos y técnica arrojó como problema de investigación:
¿Cómo estudiar la memoria histórica del MTSS entre 1909-2000? A partir del cual
se fundamentó el proyecto de investigación.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo socializar los resultados alcanzados por los
participantes en dicho proyecto de investigación, el diseño del estudio realizado, los
métodos y técnicas utilizadas y su contribución en la formación inicial y continua de
los sujetos participantes en el rescate de la Memoria Histórica del MTSS.
Abstract
With the development of a research project entitled: Historical Memory Rescue of
the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS), compliance with guideline 89 is
paid: Advance in the Program for the Preservation of the Historical Memory of the
Nation and in the improvement of the institutional systems of document management
and archives, which allow maintaining corporate memory, facilitating its use, as well
as legitimizing citizen rights, the guarantee of institucionalización, transparency and
access to information.
For its development, institutions and researchers in the field of Social and
Humanistic Sciences were summoned. The working alliances with the Ministry of
Higher Education and the Enrique José Varona Pedagogical University, and with the
Department of Heritage, and in particular with the teachers, researchers and
students of the Department of Marxism-Leninism and History and their students so
that they could participate in the investigator status.
The use of different methods and techniques raised as a research problema: How
to study the historical memory of the MTSS between 1909-2000? From which the
research project was based.
The objetive of this work is to socialize the results achieved by the participants in
said research project, the design of the study carried out, the methods and
techniques used and their contribution to the initial and continuous training of the
subjects participation in the rescue of Historical Memory of the MTSS.
