Resumen
Se presenta un enfoque acerca del uso correcto y eficaz de las presentaciones digitales por los docentes universitarios, con el objetivo de reflexionar y debatir sobre los elementos a tener en cuenta en la preparación de una presentación en Power Point; además, se aporta una ayuda metodológica para los docentes que contribuirá a perfeccionar la elaboración y uso didáctico de sus presentaciones digitales en las clases. Se plantea el error que entraña sobredimensionar el papel de los medios de enseñanza por encima de la actuación pedagógica del profesor. Se afirma, además, que la presentación en digital permite transmitir el mensaje y contribuye a la instrucción, pero solo el docente es capaz de dar vida al mensaje y educar al estudiante. Para ello, las habilidades comunicativas del profesor le permitirían alcanzar sus propósitos docente educativos y despertar en los estudiantes la motivación por participar en la clase de manera activa. Para los docentes no es suficiente manejar la herramienta en lo tecnológico. Se necesita de un conocimiento que permita hacer uso didáctico de aquella en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se explican algunos riesgos que el autor, a partir de su experiencia y lo consultado en otras fuentes, considera que se deben tener en cuenta durante el empleo de las presentaciones digitales. Sobre la base de lo analizado, se hace una propuesta con las reglas fundamentales para la preparación y el desarrollo de presentaciones en Power Point para impartir las clases en las universidades.
Abstract
A focus is presented about the correct and effective use of the digital presentations by the educational university students, with the objective of to meditate and to debate on the elements to keep in mind in the preparation of a presentation in Power Point; also, a methodological help is contributed for the educational ones that it will contribute to perfect the elaboration and didactic use of its digital presentations in the classes. The author affirms about the error that involves overvalue the paper of the teaching means above the professor's pedagogic performance. It is affirmed, also that the presentation in digital allows to transmit the message and it contributes to the instruction, but alone the professor is able to give life to the message and to educate the students. For it, the professor's talkative abilities would allow him to reach their educational purposes and to wake up in the students the motivation to participate in the class in an active way. For the professors it is not enough to manage the tool in the technological thing. It is needed of a knowledge that allows to make didactic use of that in the lessons. Some risks are explained that the author, starting from their experience and that consulted in other sources, considers that they should be kept in mind during the using of the digital presentations. On the base of that analyzed, a proposal is made with the fundamental rules for the preparation and the development of presentations in Power Point to impart the classes in the universities.
