Resumen
Las posibilidades del desarrollo local permiten utilizar el potencial endógeno y exógeno en función del cuidado y protección de su patrimonio. Los agentes de cambio que deben hacerse cargo de promover este proceso son tanto públicos como privados, y la universidad debe tener un papel de liderazgo para armonizar y racionalizar el cumplimiento de este propósito. Demostrar la sinergia que se da entre el Centro Universitario Municipal en el trabajo coordinado con el Gobierno y otros actores locales para la capacitación y/o superación de los mismos en estos contenidos debe ser práctica cotidiana en los momentos actuales y constituye el objetivo esencial del artículo que se presenta. La lógica investigativa, fundamentada en el enfoque cualitativo posibilita el empleo de métodos y técnicas afines que permiten aportar consideraciones generales para el diseño de estas acciones a partir de las necesidades que aporta el diagnóstico del territorio, lo que favorece el desarrollo sostenible del patrimonio local y donde se aplican los conocimientos científicos que brinda la academia a través del Centro Universitario Municipal.
Abstract
The possibilities of local development allow the use of endogenous and exogenous
potential in terms of the care and protection of its heritage. The agents of change that must take charge of promoting this process are both public and private, and the
university must play a leading role in harmonising and rationalising the fulfilment of this purpose. Demonstrating the synergy that exists between the Municipal University Centre in its coordinated work with the government and other local actors for the training and/or improvement of these contents should be a daily practice at the present time, and constitutes the essential objective of the article presented here. The research logic, based on the qualitative approach, enables the use of related methods and techniques that allow general considerations to be made for the design of these actions based on the needs provided by the diagnosis of the territory, which favours the sustainable development of the local heritage and where the scientific knowledge provided by the academy through the Municipal University Centre is applied
