Resumen
El propósito hacia el que se aboca esta ponencia, es el de evidenciar el rol de coaching como variante para el despliegue de la actividad educativa en el contexto de la superación de docentes y directivos de la educación superior, a tono con los requerimientos sentidos y manifiestos de actores e instituciones, y del papel que, en tan sentido, desempeñan entidades y agentes formativos. Desde tal perspectiva, no se trata de traspolar las esencias de la praxis empresarial del entorno integral del coaching; sino de desplegar racionalmente sus recursos y proyecciones, en aras de concretar ecosistemas efectivos para la superación de docentes y directivos del contexto universitario, sin que ello suponga abandonos parciales o totales de la actividad; a partir del criterio de acompañamiento formativo que refrenda la alternativa en cuestión.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the role of coaching as a variant for the deployment of educational activity in the context of the improvement of teachers and managers of higher education, in line with the felt and expressed requirements of actors and institutions, and the role that, in this sense, play entities and training agents.
From this perspective, it is not a matter of transpolating the essences of the business praxis of the integral environment of coaching; but of rationally deploying its resources and projections, in order to concretize effective ecosystems for the improvement of teachers and managers in the university context, without implying partial or total abandonment of the activity, based on the criterion of formative accompaniment that endorses the alternative in question.
