XVII Taller Internacional de Extensión Universitaria
Esta investigación muestra los resultados parciales de una tesis de doctorado que tuvo
como problema científico: ¿cómo perfeccionar la gestión del Movimiento de Artistas
Aficionados de la FEU, en la Universidad de Pinar del Río? y su objetivo fue elaborar un
modelo para el perfeccionamiento de la gestión, en el nivel base, del Movimiento de
Artistas Aficionados de la FEU en la UPR. Tiene como fin perfeccionar la gestión, en el
nivel base, de este movimiento y su objetivo es modelar la gestión en este nivel. Los
componentes del modelo fueron: el fin, el objetivo, los fundamentos, los principios, la
caracterización del desempeño en el nivel base del MAA de la FEU en la UPR, las
premisas, las características del modelo, las relaciones, la estrategia con las formas de
implementación y las formas de evaluación. La estrategia que se presenta es parte del
resultado práctico del modelo y tiene como objetivo crear las condiciones técnicas y
materiales para la nueva forma de gestión a la vez que incluye las formas de
implementación. La investigación se desarrolla a partir de la promoción cultural de la
obra artística y literaria realizada por los artistas aficionados, desde una concepción
investigativa dialéctica y métodos de los niveles teórico y empírico y técnicas
estadísticas
This investigation shows the partial results of a doctorate thesis that he/she had as
scientific problem: how to perfect the administration of the Movement of Amateur’s
Artists of the FEU, in the University of Pinar del Río?, and their objective was to
elaborate a model for the improvement of the administration, in the level it bases, of the
Movement of Amateur’s Artists of the FEU in the UPR. He has as end to perfect the
administration, in the level it bases, of this movement and their objective is to model the
administration in this level. The components of the pattern were: the end, the objective,
the foundations, the principles, the characterization of the acting in the level bases of the
MAA of the FEU on the UPR, the premises, the characteristics of the pattern, the
relationships, the strategy with the implementation forms and the evaluation forms. The
strategy that is presented is part of the practical result of the pattern and he/she has as
objective to create the technical conditions and materials at the same time for the new
administration form that it includes the implementation forms. The investigation is
developed starting from the cultural promotion of the artistic and literary work carried out
by the fond artists, from a dialectical investigative conception and methods of the
theoretical and empiric levels and statistical techniques
