La conservación y difusión del patrimonio monumental edificado, es un derecho a la cultura de los ciudadanos. En México, los Programas Nacionales Estratégicos del Consejo Nacional de Humanidades, Ciencia y Tecnología (Conahcyt), fue concebido como un medio para organizar la investigación en torno a problemas nacionales. Un andamiaje para considerar en esta investigación es el cultural como eje transversal curricular en la educación superior. El objetivo principal de la investigación consiste en proponer un modelo de gestión curricular cultural que incluya estrategias y líneas de acción a favor del Patrimonio Monumental Edificado y coadyuve al derecho a la cultura como impacto en la educación superior. Los objetivos específicos son: Identificar los mecanismos de gestión a favor del patrimonio monumental de Puebla, y promover el uso y valor artístico, social, histórico, como derecho a la cultura en la educación superior. La investigación fue de tipo cualitativa, el método que se utilizó consistió en el estudio de casos. A decir de la técnica y el instrumento, se aplicaron la entrevista a profundidad, con un guion de entrevista. Los hallazgos dan cuenta que existe una gran brecha del conocimiento respecto del patrimonio edificado en Puebla, en consecuencia, un ausentismo en la educación superior.
The conservation and dissemination of the built monumental heritage is a right to the culture of citizens. In Mexico, the National Strategic Programs of the National Council of Humanities, Science and Technology (Conahcyt), was conceived as a means to organize research around national problems. A scaffolding to consider in this research is culture as a transversal curricular axis in higher education. The main objective of the research is to propose a cultural curricular management model that includes strategies and lines of action in favor of the Built Monumental Heritage and contributes to the right to culture as an impact on higher education. The specific objectives are: Identify the management mechanisms in favor of the monumental heritage of Puebla, and promote the use and artistic, social, historical value, as a right to culture in higher education. The research was qualitative, the method used consisted of case studies. Based on the technique and the instrument, the in-depth interview was applied, with an interview script. The findings show that there is a large gap in knowledge regarding the built heritage in Puebla, consequently, absenteeism in higher education.
