Resumen
En las actuales condiciones que presenta la Covid-19 en Cuba, con un elevado incremento de contagios y fallecidos y la imposibilidad de continuar la docencia en los centros universitarios en la modalidad presencial. Se hace necesario e imprescindible contar con docentes universitarios capaces de trasmitir sus conocimientos a través de la modalidad de estudio a distancia, utilizando los entornos virtuales creados para ello. De allí, la imperiosa necesidad de preparar a los docentes de la Filial Universitaria Municipal de Majagua (FUM), para que se apropien de las herramientas y las habilidades necesarias para operar, gestionar e interactuar con sus estudiantes en entornos virtuales y en las Plataformas Interactivas de Aprendizaje (PIA) creadas para ello. Con este fin, se diseña un sistema de talleres dirigidos a estos docentes, lo que les permitirá hacer un uso adecuado y optimizado de la Internet, las redes sociales, el empleo de aplicaciones como el WhatsApp, Bandicam y Moodle entre otras aplicaciones. Herramientas informáticas de trabajo que bien empleadas en estos entornos, pueden garantizar un proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de calidad. La investigación se sustenta en la concepción pedagógica de la escuela histórico cultural y para su aplicación debe asumirse como perfectible y susceptible de reajuste en cada situación concreta. Se emplearon como métodos esenciales el histórico-lógico, inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético, la encuesta, la entrevista y la observación a las actividades docentes que antes de la Covid-19 y ahora, se desarrollan en entornos virtuales en la FUM.
Abstract
Under the current conditions that the Covid-19 presents in Cuba, with a high increment of infections and deceased and the impossibility of continuing the docencia in the university centers in the present modality. It becomes necessary and indispensable to have educational university students able to transmit their knowledge through the study modality at distance, using the virtual environments created for it. Of there, the imperious necessity to prepare to the educational of the Municipal University Branch of Majagua (FUM), so that they appropriate of the tools and the necessary abilities to operate, to negotiate and interactor with their students in virtual environments and in the Interactive Platforms of Learning (PIOUS) created for it. With this end, a system of shops is designed directed to these educational ones, what will allow them to make an appropriate and optimized use of the Internet, the social nets, the employment of applications like the WhatsApp, Bandicam and Moodle among other applications. Computer tools of work that very employees in these environments, they can guarantee a teaching process and learning of quality. The investigation is sustained in the pedagogic conception of the cultural historical school and it stops its application it should be assumed as perfectible and susceptible of readjustment in each concrete situation. They were used as essential methods the historical-logical, inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic, the survey, the interview and the observation to the educational activities that before the Covid-19 and now, they are developed in virtual environments in the FUM.
