Resumen
La Educación Superior ha tratado de repotenciase, desde los enfoques holísticos y multidisciplinarios que tienen alto valor en la formación de los profesionales. La posición de las instituciones que se identifican con esta necesidad, obedece fundamentalmente a los resultados de una serie de informes que exponen el estado actual del acceso a la educación superior y el comprometimiento de varios países con el objetivo cuatro de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible. En concordancia el presente estudio asume una investigación de tipo cualitativa que expone una revisión teórica para sistematizar la tendencia de La Educación Superior desde la demanda de la formación técnica tecnológica y de grado en el marco de la pandemia.
La revisión documental, el análisis y la síntesis, la inducción y deducción y el método histórico lógico permiten profundizar en el estado actual del objeto de estudio. Como resultado se comprueba que el Ecuador se propone como meta para el año 2030 trabajar en el incremento del acceso a la educación superior para desplazar la tasa bruta de matrícula de un 18.90% a más del 50,27%, implicando a más de 286 Institutos Tecnológicos y 61 universidades, como complemento se ha logrado incrementar la oferta académica en más de 3313 carreras en el marco de la pandemia. En este punto se ha logrado redimensionar el enfoque de las funciones sustantivas que aluden a la docencia la investigación y la vinculación, con estrategias emergentes que favorecen la formación del profesional a tenor de las limitaciones que se derivan del confinamiento.
Abstract
Higher Education has tried to repower itself, from holistic and multidisciplinary approaches that have high value in the training of professionals. The position of the institutions that identify with this need is fundamentally due to the results of a series of reports that expose the current state of access to higher education and the commitment of several countries with objective four of the 2030 Agenda for Development.
Sustainable. In accordance, the present study assumes a qualitative type of research that exposes a theoretical review to systematize the trend of Higher Education from the demand for technical and technological training in the context of the pandemic. The documentary review, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction and the logical historical method allow us to delve into the current state of the object of study. As a result, it is verified that Ecuador proposes as a goal for the year 2030 to work on increasing access to higher education to move the gross enrollment rate from 18.90% to more than 50.27%, involving more than 286 Institutes. Technological and 61 universities, as a complement, it has been possible to increase the academic offer in more than 3,313 careers in the framework of the pandemic. At this point, it has been possible to resize the focus of the substantive functions that allude to teaching, research, and outreach, with emerging strategies that favor professional training in light of the limitations that derive from confinement.
