XVI Taller Internacional “La Educación Superior y sus Perspectivas”.
Ante la crisis sanitaria provocada por la COVID-19, se hace fundamental socializar los aportes que desde las Instituciones de la Educación Superior cubana se realizan para enfrentar de manera efectiva los efectos provocados por la pandemia. En tales circunstancias, ¿cómo se ha preparado la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de las Villas, para cumplir las metas trazadas y garantizar los niveles de excelencia que dicha institución es acreedora a nivel nacional e internacional? En este trabajo se exponen las experiencias que desde el Centro de Estudio de Educación “Gaspar Jorge García Galló” se han desarrollado para dar continuidad a la educación posgraduada y garantizar la actividad científica. La investigación es descriptiva en tanto que expone desde lo vivencial cómo el colectivo de profesores de este centro está logrando romper la inercia provocada por la pandemia. En el orden teórico se utilizó el método analítico-sintético, el método deductivo-inductivo, propiciador del estudio de cuestiones concretas o particulares, válidas para una generalización teórica y práctica, la sistematización y el enfoque de sistema, y del nivel empírico la observación, el análisis documental y la triangulación.
Faced with the health crisis caused by COVID-19, it is essential to socialize the contributions that Cuban Higher Education Institutions make to effectively face the effects caused by the pandemic. In such circumstances, how has the Central University "Marta Abreu" de las Villas prepared to meet the goals set and guarantee the levels of excellence that said institution is creditor nationally and internationally? This work presents the experiences that the "Gaspar Jorge García Galló" Education Study Center has developed to give continuity to postgraduate education and guarantee scientific activity. The research is descriptive in that it exposes from the experiential how the group of teachers at this center is managing to break the inertia caused by the pandemic. In the theoretical order, the analytical-synthetic method, the deductive-inductive method, was used, facilitating the study of concrete or particular questions, valid for a theoretical and practical generalization, systematization and the system approach, and from the empirical level observation, documentary analysis and triangulation.
