Resumen
En la actualidad, la educación es considerada como eje fundamental en la vida del ser humano, que promueve, estimula y dirige su desenvolvimiento en el proceso social, puesto que todo proceso social, tiene la capacidad de influir en su desarrollo pleno. La preparación de los factores que intervienen en el proceso de inclusión social es una necesidad de los momentos actuales. Específicamente en el municipio Mayarí se ha podido apreciar la incorporación de una cifra importante de escolares con diferentes discapacidades al subsistema de enseñanza general. El principio filosófico de la inclusión social plantea que para garantizar una atención educativa de calidad es necesaria la preparación de los que con ellos intervienen. En este sentido es ineludible partir de la existencia del problema y contribuir en la preparación de los que llevan a cabo el proceso. Con el objetivo de contribuir al desarrollo de conocimientos en los diferentes factores que intervienen y su extensión a la comunidad, se lleva a cabo un proyecto con una serie de acciones dirigidas a ese fin. Para realizar el estudio ha sido necesario el análisis de documentos y la utilización de métodos que corroboran la existencia de dificultades en esta dirección. Con la puesta en práctica se ha transformado en una primera instancia la preparación de los que le prestan atención. La experiencia es factible de generalización ya que en todo el territorio nacional se han estado incorporando escolares con diferentes discapacidades a la enseñanza general.
Abstract
At the present time, the education is considered as fundamental axis in the human being life that promotes, it stimulates and it directs its development in the social process, since all social process, has the capacity to influence in its full development. The preparation of the factors that you/they intervene in the process of social inclusion is a necessity of the current moments. Specifically in the municipality Mayarí has been able to appreciate the incorporation of an important figure of school with different discapacidades to the subsystem of general teaching. The philosophical principle of the social inclusion outlines that to guarantee an educational attention of quality it is necessary the preparation of those that intervene with them. In this sense it is unavoidable to leave of the existence of the problem and to contribute in the preparation of those that carry out the process. With the objective of contributing to the development of knowledge in the different factors that intervene and its extension to the community, is carried out a project with a series of actions directed to that end. To carry out the study it has been necessary the analysis of documents and the use of methods that corroborate the existence of difficulties in this address. With the setting in practice the preparation has become a first instance of those that pay him attention. The experience is feasible of generalization since in the whole national territory they have been incorporating school with different discapacidades to the general teaching.
