Los retos al asumir la educación a distancia en la Universidad de Cienfuegos, condicionaron la necesidad de adecuar los recursos didácticos y las estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje basadas en las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC).Teniendo en cuenta ello, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer las experiencias en la implementación del curso Psicología Educativa a distancia perteneciente a la Maestría en Educación del Centro de Estudios de la Didáctica y Dirección de la Educación Superior (CEDDES) de la Universidad de Cienfuegos. Para ello se trazó una estrategia conformada por acciones las cuales estuvieron dirigidas a planificar de forma consciente el curso y se estructuró en tres etapas que son planificación, ejecución y evaluación. Los resultados luego de la implementación del curso a distancia permitieron demostrar que contribuyó al incremento en la motivación de los estudiantes, los cuales fueron protagonistas y responsables de su aprendizaje manifestando criterios positivos respecto a la efectividad y la manera en que se efectuó donde se tuvo en cuenta en todo momento las interrelaciones socio-afectivas que se deben asegurar desde la educación a distancia. Los autores consideran necesario continuar investigando en relación con las prácticas cooperativas de los estudiantes en la educación a distancia y darle seguimiento en el tiempo a la estrategia puesta en práctica con la finalidad de constatar las transformaciones a mediano y largo plazo ocurridas en los maestrantes.
The challenges of assuming distance education at the University of Cienfuegos, conditioned the need to adapt the didactic resources and teaching and learning strategies based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Taking this into account, the present The objective of this work is to present the experiences in the implementation of the Distance Educational Psychology course belonging to the Master's Degree in Education of the Center for Studies of Didactics and Direction of Higher Education (CEDDES) of the University of Cienfuegos. For this, a strategy made up of actions was drawn up which were aimed at consciously planning the course and was structured in three stages that are planning, execution and evaluation. The results after the implementation of the distance course allowed to demonstrate that it contributed to the increase in the motivation of the students, who were protagonists and responsible for their learning, manifesting positive criteria regarding the effectiveness and the way in which the course was carried out where it was took into account at all times the socio-affective relationships that must be ensured from distance education. The authors consider it necessary to continue researching in relation to the cooperative practices of students in distance education and to follow up over time the strategy put into practice in order to verify the medium and long-term transformations that have occurred in teachers.
