Resumen
La concepción del mundo está relacionada con lograr una mayor precisión en la
Extensión Universitaria en la actualidad. Se trata de visualizar la Extensión
Universitaria como un elemento transversal a todo lo que se hace desde y hacia la
universidad. De esta forma, se puede hablar de la extensión universitaria como un
elemento importante de todas las funciones sustantivas de la universidad y contribuir a
la formación integral de la comunidad universitaria y su entorno. La facilidad de acceso
a las redes informáticas y su velocidad de expansión han impulsado el procesamiento,
distribución y explotación de la información digital. Se han creado herramientas
informáticas e infotecnológicas para la búsqueda y recuperación de información en
Internet, que con su manejo inteligente se han convertido en un requisito para el
desarrollo de la sociedad moderna. El objetivo es diseñar un curso de Infotecnologia
para profesores del CUM Jiguaní que permita difundir los eventos más importantes en
el proceso de extensión universitaria. Las metodologías fundamentales utilizadas fueron
el análisis de documentos y la entrevista para obtener información sobre el efecto
obtenido. Los resultados obtenidos fueron efectivos y permitieron construir
conocimientos, aprendizajes interactivos, además de la adquisición de habilidades. Los
estudiantes se mostraron complacidos y convencidos del importante papel que juega la
comunidad universitaria y la necesidad de seguir difundiendo la cultura universitaria.
Abstract
The conception of the world is related to achieving greater precision in the University
Extension at present
It is about visualizing the University Extension as a transversal element to everything
done to and from the university. In this way, it is possible to speak of university
extension as an important element of all the substantive functions of the university and
contribute to the integral formation of the university community and its environment.
The ease of access to computer networks and their speed of expansion have driven the
processing, distribution and exploitation of digital information. Computer and info
technological tools have been created for the search and retrieval of information on the
Internet, which with their intelligent handling have become a requirement for the
development of modern society. The objective is to design an Infotechnology course for
professors of the Jiguaní CUM that allows to disseminate the most important events in
the university extension process. The essential methodologies used were the analysis of
documents and the interview in order to obtain information on the effect obtained. The
results achieved were effective and allowed to build knowledge, interactive learning, in
addition to the acquisition of skills.The students were pleased and convinced of the
important role played by the university community and the need to continue spreading
the university culture.
