In the academic environment, it is crucial to understand how intellectual capital and relational capital influence the undergraduate experience. Intellectual capital refers to the knowledge, skills and training that provide competitive advantages. Efficient management of these resources has become essential in a world where wealth generation is linked to intangible factors. On the other hand, relational capital is related to the ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships in the university environment, which can benefit both students and institutions. The research focuses on Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and their educational community, including students, professors, employing as a study method multivariate data analysis using Pearson's bivariate correlation coefficient. The research consists of five stages: literature review, preparation of fieldwork, execution of fieldwork, analysis of information, and dissemination of results, which includes the presentation of findings in a scientific article and in an academic event.
The research focuses on improving student satisfaction in HEIs through efficient management of relational capital and recognition of knowledge resources. This research approach has relevance for the educational and business environment, as it highlights the importance of efficient management of intangible resources and how this can influence the success and sustainability of institutions. The results could lead to the implementation of initiatives that improve student satisfaction and HEI performance.
