Resumen
La universidad cubana tiene como encargo social la gestión de la ciencia, tecnología e innovación consideradas como procesos donde se planifique, ejecute, desarrolle y controle la producción científica y los resultados de las investigaciones que se realizan. En el actual contexto socioeconómico, los Centros Universitarios Municipales (CUM), son los más cercanos a los gobiernos en cada municipio, es por ello que en este trabajo se realiza una valoración de la gestión de la ciencia, tecnología e innovación en los Centros Universitarios Municipales (CUM) de Jaruco y Batabanó. Estas acciones han tenido un impacto directo en los territorios al permitir incorporar, el conocimiento científico, la tecnología y la innovación en la solución de problemas existentes.
Abstract
The Cuban university has as a social responsibility the management of science, technology and innovation considered as processes where the scientific production and the results of the investigations that are carried out are planned, executed, developed and controlled. In the current socioeconomic context, the Municipal University Centers (CUM) are the closest to the governments in each municipality, which is why in this work an assessment of the management of science, technology and innovation in the University Centers is carried out. Municipalities (CUM) of Jaruco and Batabanó. These actions have had a direct impact on the territories by allowing the incorporation of scientific knowledge, technology and innovation in the solution of existing problems.
