Resumen
El presente trabajo se realiza en el Centro Universitario Municipal de Consolación
del Sur, el que Gestiona el Conocimiento y la Innovación Tecnológica para el
desarrollo local como una interfaz entre la Sede Central de la Universidad de Pinar
del Río y el Gobierno Local, el que solicita a la academia le asesore y acompañe en
este proceso. Por lo anterior se define como objetivo general, elaborar un sistema
de acciones metodológicas a seguir por el Centro Universitario Municipal como
interfaz entre la Universidad y el gobierno municipal, para la gestión del
conocimiento y la innovación tecnológica, que garantice la gestión estratégica del
desarrollo local. Como resultado del presente trabajo de investigación logra la
elaboración del sistema de acciones metodológicas y como producto de su
implementación se consiguen como impactos el diseño y actualización de la EDM,
los 34 programas de desarrollo de las entidades productivas y hasta la fecha de 14
de los 18 programas del Plan SAN a partir del Diagnóstico Nutricional Municipal,
empleando para ello las metodologías diseñadas por el Centro de Estudio de
Dirección Desarrollo Local, Turismo y Cooperativismo (CE- GESTA) de la
Universidad de Pinar del Río. Todo esto ha permitido planificar el desarrollo Integral
del territorio hasta el 2030 e impactar considerablemente en el incremento del nivel
de vida de la población a partir de un mayor nivel de satisfacción de sus
necesidades
Abstract
This work is carried out at the Consolación del Sur Municipal University Center,
which manages Knowledge and Technological Innovation for local development as
an interface between the Central Headquarters of the University of Pinar del Río
and the Local Government, which requests to the academy to advise and
accompany you in this process. Due to the above, the general objective is defined
to develop a system of methodological actions to be followed by the Municipal
University Center as an interface between the University and the municipal
government, for knowledge management and technological innovation, which
guarantees the strategic management of local development. . As a result of this
research work, the elaboration of the system of methodological actions is achieved
and as a result of its implementation, the design and updating of the EDM, the 34
development programs of the productive entities and to date of 14 of the projects
are achieved. 18 programs of the SSAN Plan based on the Municipal Nutritional
Diagnosis, using for this purpose the methodologies designed by the Center for the
Study of Local Development Management, Tourism and Cooperatives (CE-
GESTA) of the University of Pinar del Río. All this has made it possible to plan the
Comprehensive development of the territory until 2030 and have a considerable
impact on the increase in the standard of living of the population based on a higher
level of satisfaction of their needs.
