Resumen
El propósito del estudio realizado, fue destacar el valor de las redes sociales virtuales y la necesidad de incrementar su papel en la difusión del conocimiento científico, respecto a la Ciencia abierta desde las universidades. Se apoya en una metodología dialógica y
reflexiva para anunciar sugerencias, contribuir al relanzamiento de las políticas de matiz científico y social con mayor aproximación al acceso abierto. Se presentan sugerencias orientadas a fortalecer la posición de cambio que se requiere en las políticas científicas y marcos regulatorios de las redes sociales para favorecer la Ciencia abierta en las
universidades y así incrementar la comunicación del conocimiento científico en entornos virtuales, crear estrategias que permitan mejorar las relaciones institucionales e interinstitucionales. Por otra parte, se reafirma la necesaria infraestructura apoyada en la comunicación científica abierta, así como la participación abierta de los agentes sociales y diálogo abierto con otros sistemas del conocimiento.
Abstract
Highlighting the value of virtual social networks and the need to increase their role in the dissemination of scientific knowledge regarding Open Science from universities, was the purpose of the study conducted, which is described in this paper. It relies on a dialogic and reflexive methodology to announce suggestions, contribute to the relaunching of scientific and social policies with a greater approach to open access. Suggestions are presented oriented to strengthen the position of change required in scientific policies and regulatory frameworks of social networks to favor Open Science in universities and thus
increase the communication of scientific knowledge in virtual environments, create strategies to improve institutional and inter-institutional relations. On the other hand, the necessary infrastructure supported by open scientific communication is reaffirmed, as well
as the open participation of social agents and open dialogue with other knowledge systems.
