The man-nature relationship is spiritual of a mode of consciousness in the individual that experiences a sense of pertinence and connection with the cosmos as a whole, making it clear that ecological perception is spiritual in its deepest essence, specifically spirituality is a pattern of connection with ourselves, with others and with the environment, and those connections in turn allow us the growth and evolution of human potential. In this sense, the product of the research was Generate a theoretical construct of participatory environmental management in the university community aimed at promoting environmental balance, meaning a strategic contribution to the change of the inherited system. In how much reflection-action and adjustment, with the participation of the university community (students, teachers, administrative employees and workers) the methodological route was combined two paradigms Sociocritic with the participatory action research method IAP and the emerging interpretative, using for that purpose the grounded theory, with the generation of theoretical constructs of environmental management with the participation of the university community, susceptible of being applicable in similar contexts, that facilitates a relevant aspect of the transformation of reality, immersed in a sociocultural process that is known as a Bolivarian process.
