La sistematización de experiencias, como método de investigación cualitativo, produce aprendizajes significativos que permiten apropiarse de los sentidos de esas experiencias, enriquecerlas y orientarlas hacia el futuro. En un diagnóstico realizado por el CETAD durante 2022, en empresas de Sancti Spíritus, se constatan limitaciones en la preparación de sus directivos para el diseño estratégico con enfoque sostenible. El proyecto “Profundización del compromiso con los ODS a través del desarrollo e implementación de espacios de aprendizaje innovadores”, es financiado por el DAAD y cuenta con la participación de una universidad alemana, dos cubanas y una ecuatoriana. Este proyecto, en marzo y abril de 2023, financió una estancia en la HNEE, con vistas a la participación y contribución al desarrollo de juegos de simulación basados en estrategias empresariales con enfoques sostenibles. El presente estudio, tiene como objetivo sistematizar la experiencia vivida durante esta estancia, asumiendo como objeto de sistematización “el juego de simulación como vía para la preparación de directivos para el diseño de estrategias con enfoque sostenible” y como eje, “la posibilidades de contextualización del juego al escenario cubano”. La reflexión de fondo apunta a: la pertinencia del empleo de la gamificación en la preparación de directivos; la importancia de jerarquizar los (ODS) en dicha preparación y a la necesidad de transversalizar el tema de la sostenibilidad en el diseño estratégico. Como Punto de Llegada, se logra concebir una primera versión del juego, contextualizado al entorno económico y social cubano.
The systematization of experiences, as a qualitative research method, produces knowledge and significant learning that allows appropriating the meanings of the experiences, understanding them theoretically and guiding them towards the future with a transforming perspective. The project "Deepening the commitment to the SDGs through the development and implementation of innovative learning spaces" is financed by the DAAD and has the participation of the University for Sustainable Development of Eberswalde (HNEE), from Germany; the UNISS; the UCLV and the IKIAM University, of Ecuador. This project, March and April 2023, financed a stance at the HNEE for students
and professors from all the institutions to participate in a simulation game based on the development of business strategies and, later, sessions aimed at developing a new game, with a greater focus on sustainability, were attended. The objective of this work is to describe the systematization process of the lived experience. The background reflection shows: the relevance of using gamification in the preparation of managers; the importance of giving greater weight to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in this preparation and the need to mainstream the issue of sustainability in the design of business strategies. At the arrival point, was possible to conceive a version of the simulation game similar to the first prototype played, introducing some of the recommendations and observations that have emerged in the last sessions but contextualized to the Cuban economic and social environment.
