Resumen
La presente investigación surge debido a las insuficiencias constatadas en la
superación profesional de los profesores, como vía de solución a esta problemática se
propuso la elaboración de una metodología de superación profesional dirigida al
desarrollo del plan tutelar de los residentes en medicina general integral. Para el
desarrollo del estudio se utilizaron diversos métodos y técnicas como el histórico lógico,
análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, el sistémico-estructural-funcional, las entrevistas,
encuestas. La metodología que se presenta constituye un aporte práctico obteniéndose
juicios favorables que connotan la viabilidad de la propuesta; los resultados alcanzados
se consideran efectivos al aportar elementos positivos de su concreción práctica en la
formación de los residentes en medicina general integral.
Abstract
The present research arises due to the need to solve the problem of insufficiencies in
the professional improvement of the professors of the basic working group for the
development of the tutelary plan of the residents in integral general medicine. These
insufficiencies were worked on in the "Juan Manuel Páez Inchausti" polyclinic in the
municipality of Moa, province of Holguín.
As a solution to this problem, it is proposed to develop a methodology for professional
improvement for teachers of the basic working group aimed at the development of the
guardianship plan for residents in comprehensive general medicine. The methodology
presented constitutes a practical contribution that offers a system of procedures with the
system of actions for teachers and residents for its proper implementation.
Its validity was assessed from the development of socialization workshops with the
professors of the polyclinic "Juan Manuel Páez Inchausti" of the municipality Moa,
province of Holguín, obtaining favorable judgments that connote the viability of the
proposal. The results achieved are considered effective, as they provide positive
elements of their practical concretion in the training of residents in comprehensive
general medicine.
