Resumen
La organización reconoce el papel rector que desempeña el Partido en nuestra sociedad, de ahí la importancia que reviste nuestra participación activa en la actualización del modelo económico, sobre la base del cumplimiento de los Lineamientos de la Política Económica y Social del Partido y la Revolución aprobados en el VI Congreso y los Objetivos de su I Conferencia Nacional, así como los acuerdos y objetivos del XIX Congreso de la CTC.
Nos corresponde perfeccionar la labor que realiza nuestra organización para que cumpla eficientemente su misión principal, la cual consiste en organizar a los trabajadores, motivándolos para participar activamente en la actualización del modelo económico cubano, a la vez representarlos y defender sus derechos ante la administración en una relación constructiva entre ambas partes en un clima de exigencia mutua.
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo custodiar que se les dé cumplimiento según lo establecido a todas las legislaciones teniendo en cuenta los deberes y derechos de los trabajadores en la institución, a su vez darle seguimiento a los deberes laborales y sociales
en la construcción socialista y representar y defender sus legítimos derechos ante el empleador, el Estado y la sociedad en una relación constructiva y exigente por ambas partes.
Se constató la necesidad de acciones que fortalezcan el trabajo preventivo desde la principal misión del sindicato de representar y defender sus legítimos derechos ante el empleador, así como sistematizar el trabajo político e ideológico.
Abstract
Our organization recognizes the leading role that the Party plays in our society, hence the importance of our active participation in updating the economic model, based on compliance with the Economic and Social Policy Guidelines of the Party and the Revolution approved at the VI Congress and the Objectives of its I National Conference, as well as the agreements and objectives of the XIX Congress of the CTC.
It is up to us to improve the work carried out by our organization so that it efficiently fulfills its main mission, which consists of organizing workers, motivating them to actively participate in updating the Cuban economic model, while representing them and defending their rights before the administration in a constructive relationship between both parties in a climate of mutual demand.
The objective of this investigation is to ensure that all laws are complied with as established, taking into account the duties and rights of workers in the institution, in turn follow up on labor and social duties in the socialist construction and represent and defend their legitimate rights before the employer, the State and society in a constructive and demanding relationship on both sides.
The need for actions that strengthen preventive work from the union's main mission of representing and defending their legitimate rights before the employer, as well as systematizing political and ideological work, was verified.
