Resumen
Introducción: desde junio 2020 el Proyecto Investigativo Desarrollo de la Educación Interprofesional y la Práctica Colaborativa Interprofesional (PCI) en Salud, Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo, realizó un estudio longitudinal prospectivo para la solución al problema científico cómo contribuir con la PCI a la rehabilitación de fibrosis pulmonar en pacientes post Covid-19. Objetivos: elaborar, aplicar y evaluar una política de acciones para el desarrollo de la Práctica Colaborativa Interprofesional en la rehabilitación de fibrosis pulmonar en pacientes post Covid-19. Métodos: empíricos, teóricos y matemáticos estadísticos para precisión de referentes y fundamentos teóricos de la PCI en la rehabilitación de fibrosis pulmonar en pacientes post Covid-19, caracterización de regularidades y tendencias para su desarrollo, la identificación del estado inicial y el diseño de la política de acciones que contribuya a lograrla. Se utilizaron técnicas de la estadística descriptiva e inferencial para el manejo porcentual de la información sobre la muestra. Resultados: una sistematización teórica para el desarrollo de la PCI en la rehabilitación de fibrosis pulmonar en pacientes post Covid-19, con precisión educativa interprofesional en las acciones rehabilitadoras para su perfeccionamiento con mejoras en la rehabilitación de los pacientes. Conclusiones: la política de acciones educativas para el desarrollo de la PCI en la rehabilitación de la fibrosis pulmonar de pacientes post Covid-19 aquí expuesta favoreció su avance en la muestra del estudio, con evidencias de pertinencia y cientificidad en su concepción y fiables resultados de su aplicación, sugerente de que se generalice su utilidad.
Abstract
Introduction: I develop the Investigating Project of the Interprofessional Education from June 2020 and Practical Interprofessional Collaborative (PCI) in Health, Sciences’ University Medical of Guantánamo, it accomplished an longitudinal prospective study for the solution to the scientific problem how contributing with the PCI to the rehabilitation of pulmonary fibrosis in patients after Covid 19. Objectives: Elaborating, being applicable and evaluating practical Interprofessional Collaborative policy of developmental actions in the rehabilitation of pulmonary fibrosis in patients after Covid 19. Methods: Empiricists, theoreticians and statistical mathematicians for precision of referent and theoretic foundations of the PCI in the rehabilitation of pulmonary fibrosis in patients after Covid 19, characterization of regularities and tendencies for his development, the initial status's identification and the design of the policy of actions that you contribute to achieve it. They utilized techniques of descriptive statistics and inferential for the percentage handling of the information on the sign. Results: A theoretic systematization for the development of the PCI in the rehabilitation of pulmonary fibrosis in patients after Covid 19, with educational Interprofessional precision in the rehabilitative actions for his perfecting with improvements in the patients' rehabilitation. Findings: The policy of educational actions for the development of the PCI in the rehabilitation of patients' pulmonary fibrosis after Covid 19 here exposed you favored his advance in the sign of the study with proofs, of pertinence and scientific in his conception and reliable results of his application, suggestive that his utility becomes general.
