Resumen
La creación de la especialidad Medicina General Integral fue una decisión política del Estado cubano, a partir de la idea del Comandante en Jefe Fidel Castro Ruz. La superación una vez concluida la especialidad en Medicina General Integral (MGI) es temática es la que motiva a este trabajo con el objetivo de realizar una revisión para referirse a la superación del médico especialista en MGI. Se revisaron fuentes de información como artículos de internet, libros y el empleo de diferentes métodos. A nivel teórico el Histórico -lógico, análisis – síntesis, La disciplina MGI constituye una espiral dialéctica ascendente dentro de las ciencias médicas, retomando lo mejor de la práctica histórica de la medicina ante el imperativo de satisfacer la necesidad social de un servicio sanitario eficiente, humano, altruista, integral, de elevada calidad científico técnica y a un costo sostenible. Ser docente desde el consultorio es justamente lograr darle vida a la expresión antes mencionada de la unidad docencia- asistencia- investigación; y es una manera de superación fundamental para ese especialista donde podrá optar por diferentes categorías docentes, investigativas, maestrías y doctorados que materializado con un adecuado desempeño contribuirá a la formación del nuevo médico. Garantizar la formación, desarrollo y estabilidad de especialistas para dar respuesta a las necesidades del país y compromisos internacionales.
Abstract
The creation of the Comprehensive General Medicine specialty was a political decision of the Cuban State, based on the idea of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz. The overcoming once the specialty in Comprehensive General Medicine (MGI) is completed is the theme that motivates this work with the aim of carrying out a review to refer to the overcoming of the medical specialist in MGI. Information sources such as internet articles, books and the use of different methods were reviewed. At the theoretical level, the Historical - logical, analysis - synthesis, the MGI discipline constitutes an ascending dialectical spiral within the medical sciences, retaking the best of the historical practice of medicine in the face of the imperative of satisfying the social need for an efficient health service, humane, altruistic, integral, of high technical scientific quality and at a sustainable cost. Being a teacher from the office is precisely to give life to the aforementioned expression of the teaching-assistance-research unit; and it is a fundamental way of improvement for this specialist where he can choose different teaching, research, master's and doctoral categories that, materialized with adequate performance, will contribute to the training of the new doctor. Guarantee the training, development and stability of specialists to respond to the needs of the country and international commitments.
