Resumen
La formación de competencias laborales constituye una prioridad en la formación de especialistas en Medicina Natural y Tradicional de manera que les permita integrar el enfoque occidental con el enfoque oriental de la Medicina durante la docencia, la asistencia e investigación. El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar las competencias laborales que alcanzaron los residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional durante la educación en el trabajo. Se realizó una investigación cuantitativa de tipo cuasiexperimental, a partir de una muestra de 24 residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional de Holguín escogidos por selección intencional. Fueron evidenciados los
principales logros y deficiencias que demuestran los residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional durante la educación en el trabajo. La propuesta de las competencias laborales principales a evaluar, así como los principales resultados obtenidos desde el punto de vista docente, asistencial e investigativo resultaron reflejados en la investigación. Las competencias laborales de los médicos residentes de Medicina Natural y Tradicional constituyen un pilar básico que les permitirá perfeccionar sus desempeños docentes, asistenciales e investigativos durante la educación en el trabajo.
Abstract
The formation of labor competitions constitutes a priority in specialists' formation in Natural Medicine and Traditional so that you allow integrating the occidental focus with the Oriental focus of the medicine during the teaching that comes true in the National
System of health in Cuba, the assistance and investigation. The objective was evaluating the labor competitions that Natural Medicine’s residents and Traditional during the on-the-job education attain. A quantitative research of quasi experimental
type, as from 24 residents' sign of Natural Medicine was accomplished and Traditional of Holguín chosen by intentional selection to be a small population. The methods of the observation and the promotional examines got a job as the residents during the on-thejob education and the focus of system. They contribute the principal achievements and deficiencies that Natural Medicine’s residents and Traditional during the on-the-job education demonstrate. The labor competitions of Natural Medicine’s residents and Traditional constitute a basic pillar that you will allow them to make perfect their teaching, helping and investigating performances during the on-the-job education in a dynamics that you allow them to, integrating the traditional Asiatic focus of the medicine with their occidental focus during teaching, the assistance and the investigation.
