III Taller “Universidad, Envejecimiento y Desarrollo Sostenible”.
A raíz de las diversas situaciones generadas por la pandemia de la Covid-19 son disímiles
las secuelas que podemos encontrar tanto en convalecientes como personas que no
sufrieron directamente el contagio, pero si se vieron afectadas de alguna manera por
dicha enfermedad. Afecciones físicas, psicológicas y/o sociales ha desencadenado en
buena parte de la población el virus SRCOV-2, sin embargo, una de las más marcadas
se centra en las dificultades respiratorias dada las propias características de la
enfermedad. Precisamente al mejoramiento de dicha función dirigimos la atención,
destacando los beneficios que puede generar, en esta, la aplicación de masajes
profilácticos o terapéuticos. El estudio constituye fundamento para la presentación de un
nuevo proyecto en la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus “José Martí Pérez” dirigido a la
población universitaria del territorio, aquejada directamente o no por la Covid-19.
Soon after the diverse situations generated by the pandemic of the Covid-19 they are
dissimilar the sequels that we can find so much in convalescent as people that didn't suffer
the infection directly, but if they were affected somehow by this illness. Affections physical,
psychological social y/o have unchained in the population's good part the virus SRCOV2, however, one of the most marked is centered in the given breathing difficulties the own
characteristics of the illness. In fact, to the improvement of this function we direct the
attention, highlighting the benefits that it can generate, in this, the application of massages
preservatives or therapeutic. The study constitutes foundation for the presentation of a
new project in the University of Sancti Spíritus José Martí Pérez directed to the university
population of the territory, suffered directly or not for the Covid-19.
