III Taller “Igualdad de Género: Avances y Proyecciones”.
Resumen
El trabajo realiza una síntesis de las principales actividades realizadas por la Cátedra de
la Mujer de la universidad espirituana para divulgar unido al Programa de Adelanto de la
Mujer la Estrategia Integral de Prevención y atención a la Violencia de Género y en el
Escenario Familiar. Las acciones definidas abarcan desde lo institucional hasta lo localcomunitario y parten de un enfoque interinstitucional que aborda no solo la atención de
la violencia una vez ocurrida, sino también su prevención. Tiene como objetivo preparar
a los estudiantes en formación para planificar, implementar y enfrentar la violencia en
todos sus tipos una vez capacitados. Se confeccionó a partir del diagnóstico realizado
para explorar necesidades e intereses de la muestra. Se aplicaron métodos como la
encuesta, entrevista y la observación. Se llegó a la conclusión de que existe
naturalización de la violencia de género en el imaginario social de ahí la necesidad de
capacitación.
Abstract
The work makes a synthesis of the main activities carried out by the Women's Chair of
the University of Sancti Spiritus to disseminate, together with the Program for the
Advancement of Women, the Comprehensive Strategy for Prevention and attention to
Gender Violence and in the Family Scenario. The defined actions range from the
institutional to the local-community and are based on an inter-institutional approach that
addresses not only attention to violence once it has occurred, but also its prevention. Its
objective is to prepare students in training to plan, implement and face violence in all its
types once trained. It was made from the diagnosis made to explore the needs and
interests of the sample. Methods such as survey, interview and observation were applied.
It was concluded that there is a naturalization of gender violence in the social imaginary,
hence the need for training
