The Cuban State has declared the production of foods like a process of national security, priority that it recognizes the necessity to take place more and more to diminish the imports and to advance in the alimentary sovereignty. The challenge is to be prepared to face the international politics's constant derived changes. This way, he/she thought about as objective: to propose an integrated system of administration of the knowledge and the innovation in the agriculture to contribute to the local development of Yaguajay. In the investigation theoretical and empiric methods and specialists' approach were used to evaluate their relevancy, with the result that the results are presented: creation of a platform multiactoral of actors that favors the processes of administration of the knowledge and innovation. The creation of educational companies to form new professionals, the invigoration of actions of vocational formation and students' professional orientation, the taking of decisions in a more guessed right holistic way. These results approach the administration of the knowledge, the innovation, the nets, relationship centers of the knowledge-company like components that the tipifican, is of great relevance in the current Cuban calendar for its integralidad, the participation and the dynamic focus of their actions, those that assume the formation and training of the human capital and it guarantees the education it stops a lifetime in function of the sustainable agricultural development that one needs. It was evaluated of positive by their structure that it allows understanding and it contributes a conceptual basement of great value.
