Resumen
La contribución a la actividad empresarial desde el vínculo con la Universidad está basada, en este trabajo desde un procedimiento que se presenta, constituye una herramienta que tiene en cuenta técnicas del análisis económico-financiero, así como de evaluación interna y priorización de problemas, permitiendo realizar una valoración más integral de la situación de la empresa, en aras de facilitar la información requerida por los directivos para lograr un mejor proceso de toma de decisiones, encaminado a alcanzar los niveles de eficiencia que hoy se espera en medio del perfeccionamiento del sistema empresarial cubano. Para el logro del objetivo de esta investigación, se elabora un procedimiento para el análisis de la situación económico- financiera de la Empresa, esta propuesta establece la aplicación del método horizontal y vertical con sus respectivas técnicas, y razones financieras, finaliza además identificando la posición económico-financiera que presenta la empresa, una vez aplicadas las técnicas antes mencionada. Durante la investigación se emplean métodos de nivel teórico, empírico y estadísticos. Se revela que su aplicación es efectiva para la solución de la problemática planteada y contribuye a la actividad empresarial desde el vínculo con la Universidad.
Abstract
The Contribution to the enterprise activity through the relation with the University is base in a procedure that presents itself constitutes a tool that has in account techniques of the cost-reducing financial analysis, that way I eat of internal evaluation and prioritization of problems, allowing to accomplish a most integral assessment of the situation of the enterprise for the sake of making easy the information required by the executives to achieve a better process of take of decisions, led to catch up with the levels of efficiency that today Cuban expects himself in between the perfecting of the entrepreneurial system. For the achievement of the objective of this investigation, it is elaborated a procedure to the analysis of the economical and financial situation in dairy products, the application of the horizontal method and vertical with his respective techniques establishes this proposal, and financial ratios, finalize besides identifying the cost-reducing financial position that the entity once the above- mentioned techniques were applied to, as well as the prioritization to have in account for the treatment of the detected problems presents. They use
methods of theoretic level, empiricist and statisticians during investigation. The fact that his application is effective for the solution of the presented problems reveals itself and contributes enterprise activity through the relation with the University.
