Resumen
Es reconocido en el mundo el desarrollo de las agroindustrias pues han llegado a
constituir un importante componente del crecimiento en un gran número de países
industrializados. Históricamente Cuba es productora de materias primas agropecuarias y de su transformación industrial; impulsa un desarrollo sostenido y sostenible del sector agroindustrial, imprescindible para la seguridad alimentaria de la población. En el año 2005 se inicia en Cuba la Carrera de Ingeniería en Procesos Agroindustriales en la modalidad de curso por encuentro.
En el municipio Quivicán se inició con estudiantes vinculados laboralmente al perfil
agroindustrial. Los estudiantes matriculados a partir del 2015 no se encontraban
vinculados laboralmente a entidades agroindustriales, lo que dificultó el cumplimiento de los objetivos del primer año académico.
Al no existir estrategias pedagógicas que abordaran el tema nos propusimos: Diseñar
una estrategia que contribuyera con la vinculación de los estudiantes de primer año de la carrera de Ingeniería en Procesos Agroindustriales y las agroindustrias del territorio.
La estrategia se aplicó a partir del 2019. Para su evaluación se tuvieron en cuenta los
resultados de los Trabajos de Curso de la asignatura Introducción a la Ingeniería y la
participación de los estudiantes a eventos de FORUM, con lo que se demostró que fue
efectiva.
Abstract
The development of the agroindustries is recognized in the world because it has ended
up constituting an important component of the growth in a great number of industrialized countries.
Historically Cuba has been producer of agricultural product sand of their industrial
transformation; it increases a development sustained and sustainable of the Agroindustrial sector, indispensable for the population's alimentary security. In the year 2005 begin in Cuba the Career of Engineering in Agroindustrial Processes in the course modality for encounter.
In the municipality Quivicán began with students that worked in agroindustries. The
students registered starting from the 2015 didn't work in Agroindustrial entities, what hindered the execution of the objectives of the first academic year.
Pedagogic strategies that approach the topic don't exist we intended to design a strategy that contributes with the linking of the first year students of the engineering career in Agroindustrial processes with the territorial agroindustries
The strategy was applied starting from the 2015. For their evaluation they were kept in mind the evaluation results of the subject Introduction to the engineering and the student’s participation in FORUM events, with what was demonstrated that it was effective.
