Resumen
En estos 20 años, los productores de la Finca “El Alba” han trabajado intensamente en el rescate de este sistema de producción (restaurar el suelo, el aire, las aguas, incremento de la diversidad biológica). Cabe destacar que en el entorno existía un vertedero clandestino que atentaba contra todo lo que tenemos hoy en la finca. Producir alimento sano aun en un espacio pequeño para el autoabastecimiento social y familiar se convirtió en una tarea de primer orden. Se involucraron muchos factores en el proceso: la familia, los estudiantes, la universidad, los centros científicos, el proyecto PIAL, ACPA, ACTAF, la ANAP, la agricultura, el gobierno local, los comunicadores, las organizaciones de masa, los medios de difusión: radio y televisión local. Para llegar al sueño de la agroecología y el encadenamiento productivo se trabajó arduamente y hoy ya se pueden constatar logros.
Abstract
In these 20 years, the producers of the Finca "El Alba" have worked intensely to rescue this production system (restore the soil, air, water, increase biological diversity). It should be noted that in the surroundings there was a clandestine dump that threatened everything we have today on the farm. Producing healthy food even in a small space for social and family self-sufficiency became a task of the first order.
Many factors were involved in the process: the family, the students, the university, the
scientific centers, the PIAL project, ACPA, ACTAF, the ANAP, agriculture, the local
government, communicators, mass organizations, the media, etc. Broadcasting: local
radio and television. To reach the dream of agroecology and the productive chain, hard work was done and today achievements can already be verified.
