Resumen
El ser humano es dueño de sí mismo, domina el espacio donde vive y se relaciona con su entorno. Esta premisa permite presentar de manera integral y globalizada el concepto de Educación Física, indicando al mismo tiempo, tres de los pilares que dan soporte al proceso de desarrollo de la persona: el aspecto cognitivo, el aspecto afectivo social y sobre todo, el aspecto motor. En efecto todo individuo requiere ciertas condiciones físicas con el fin de desarrollar sus tareas cotidianas. La condición física es la suma de todas las cualidades motrices que repercuten sobre el rendimiento del individuo. De la condición física dependerá el tener una mayor capacidad para realizar un trabajo diario efectivo, con el menor gasto energético posible y sin causar fatigas ni lesiones.
Abstract
The human being is master of himself, dominates the space where he lives and relates to his environment. This premise allows the concept of Physical Education to be presented in a comprehensive and globalized manner, indicating at the same time, three of the pillars that support the process of development of the person: the cognitive aspect, the social affective aspect and, above all, the motor aspect. . In fact, every individual requires certain physical conditions in order to carry out their daily tasks. Physical condition is the sum of all the motor qualities that impact the individual's performance. Having a greater capacity to carry out effective daily work, with the lowest possible energy expenditure and without causing fatigue or injuries will depend on physical condition.
